Divide the bathroom into zones

Before choosing fixtures, it is smart to divide the bathroom into zones. Zone 0 is above the bathtub or shower. Zone 1 is above the bath but at a distance of at least 2.25 meters high. This is measured from the floor. Zones 2 is at least 0.6 meters away from the bath or shower and at a height of at least 2.25 meters. Zone 3 is everything that falls outside of this. If you are going to place bathroom lighting in zone 0, this must always be a low voltage. So you cannot connect 220 volts in the bathroom. The lamps must always have a maximum of 12 volts to be. The advantage of LED is that it always works at a low voltage. It is not difficult to find a lamp and fixture with a maximum of 12 volts.
